Description

I worked hard on this and I like it, even there is much more things I could do better, but I like it how it is.
I'm actually proud of this, also that I designed a new chara on my own hehe XD
He is (maybe) a messager or soldier in my story "Lost Minds - The Forgotten Promise"
Any name suggestions for this guy are welcome!
And if you think the pic is too dark pls tell me!

.:EDIT:. I added water on his body and fixed some things. And now I want critique and tips, especially for the ground and the water on his body, because I haven't found a tutorial how to make this so some good tips would be very helpful!

First of all, I have to see this is one of my favorite pictures in your whole gallery.

The water effect you've created on the body of the character looks very realistic and so does the rain. Very good job!
Also the lighting (even though I think you just used a stamp or brush), really fits the picture and make the character stand out even more.

Just be careful with the background. Maybe try to add the shadow of the character on the ground underneath him because now it looks like he's just floating around.

Try not to lose too many details in the ground. Of course it can be blurry because of the rain but still... a little gradient can add more depth to the picture.

Keep on practicing and I'm sure you'll be a great artist! <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt=":D" title=":D (Big Grin)" />
